Valio Logistics delivers the products ordered at Valio Tilauspalvelu™ with no extra shipping charge to contract customers. If the customer does not have a supplier contract at VALO Tilauspalvelu, Valio Logistics charges a €12 fee per shipment.
In case of an error, Valio will cover at most the purchase price of the faulty product. Valio is not liable for indirect damage to the customer, such as lost profits, a reduction in turnover or other, similar damages.
Order placed after the agreed time limit are subject to a €9 (VAT 0%) back-order fee.
Changes regarding holidays and bank holidays are announced separately.
Payment reminders are subject to a €10 late fee (incl. VAT) and a late interest of 11%.
Delivery complains must be made no later than the weekday following the delivery. Late complaints or complaints without the customer number and shipping record number will not be credited. VALO Tilauspalvelu users may file delivery complaints electronically directly in the service. Complaints may also be made by phone at Valio’s Customer Feedback line (+358 10 381 2678), by email at asiakaspalaute@valio.fi or electronically with the Valio expert service’s contact form at www.valio.fi/ammattilaiset/palaute:
Customer errors in the order process will not be credited. Customer errors may be quantity and product-related. Products with quality issues due to customer return, breakage or other non-manufacturer reason will not be credited. Product errors found within the sale-by period will be credited on a case-by-case basis.
Valio’s milk containers, roll containers and undercarriages are intended for use with Valio products only. Empty milk containers, roll containers and undercarriages should be returned to Valio to ensure uninterrupted deliveries.
Packages are stamped with a packaging date and best before date. Milk sales times during holidays will be announced separately.
