Let the skewers sit at room temperature for ½ hour before cooking. Roll the skewers in the marinade from the package. Grill or bake on an oven tray in a standard oven at 225 °C for 10–15 min until the internal temperature reaches +70 °C. Wrap the cooked skewers in foil and let rest for about 5 min before serving.
