Preparation instructions
Take out the meat in room temperature ½ hour before cooking. Remove the meat from packaging. Fry on a hot pan in plenty of oil for a total of about 15 minutes, turning a few times, cook in an oven at about 225 °C for about 15 min or in an air fryer at 180 °C in one layer for about 15 min, turning a few times, until the internal temperature is +75°C and the pieces are crispy.
