Preparation instructions
Let the tenderloins thaw in a refrigerator for 24h before preparation. Place the tenderloins in a 1/1 65 mm GN pan. Heat up in a combination oven with convection function at +160°C, until internal temperature is 75 °C, about 20 minutes. Or in a deep fryer at 170°C for about 3 minutes.
