Preparation instructions
Take out the wings in room temperature ½ hour before cooking. Place the wings evenly on an oven tray lined with baking paper and bake at 225°C (standard oven) for 25-30 min or cook in an air fryer at 180°C in one layer for about 25 min until the inner temperature is +75°C.
