Take out the wings in room temperature ½ hour before cooking. Place the wings evenly on an oven tray lined with baking paper and bake at 250 °C (standard oven) for about 25 min or cook in an air fryer at 180°C in one layer for about 25 min, until the inner temperature is +75 °C.
