One bag (2 kg) of mashed potatoes gives you about 20 servings of 200 g of ready-made mash, i.e. about 4 kg of ready-made mash. Ingredients: 2 kg (1 bag) of mashed potatoes (frozen), 2 l of liquid*, 80 g of fat or oil, 10 g (1 tablespoon) of salt. Preparation: Convection oven: Measure and mix the ingredients in a GN container. Preheat the oven with steam function (100 °C) for approx. 5-10 minutes. Put the GN container in the oven and cook with the steam function at 100 °C for about 20-25 minutes without a lid, until the average temperature of the mash is above +70 °C. Stir and let simmer under the lid for a few minutes, stir before serving. *You can use water, milk or a mixture of them as liquid. Instructions
